Erin Loman Jeck is a leadership development strategist, executive coach, and facilitator specializing in communication, influence, and relational leadership.

She holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, providing a strong foundation in human behavior, systems thinking, and interpersonal dynamics. Her work focuses on helping leaders develop the awareness and communication skills necessary to build trust, navigate complexity, and lead with impact.

Through her work, Erin supports leaders in elevating how they communicate, make decisions, and engage others—resulting in stronger alignment, increased trust, and more effective leadership at every level.
